அது ஒரு விடுமுறைக்கு முந்திய நாள். நானும் என் தோழிகளும் விடுமுறைத்
திட்டம் தீட்டிகொண்டிருந்தோம், கடற்கரைக்கு செல்வோமா அல்லது
திரைப்படத்திற்கு செல்வோமா என்று.

Nana nana nana naana nana nana nana திடீரென்று ஒரு அழைப்பு வந்தது.

“சங்கீதா, உங்களுக்கு நாளை அலுவலகம் உண்டு.” சட்டென்று வாடியது அவளது
பூப்போன்ற முகம். சரி, அவளை விட்டு நாம் அனைவரும் எங்கு சென்றாலும்,
நன்றாக இருக்காது. நாளை மாலை செல்வோம் என்று முடிவு செய்தோம். திரை
அரங்கிற்கு செல்வோமென்றால், அனைத்துமே தூரமாக இருந்தது. அங்கே சென்று
திரும்புமுன், எங்கள் காப்பகத்தின் கதவு அடைக்கப்படும். ஆகையால்தான்
கடற்கரை மட்டும் என்ற திட்டம்.

“என்ன கண்ணுங்களா இன்னும் சாப்பிடலையா? நான் சாப்பாடு எடுத்து வைக்கப்
போறேன்”. என்றார் ஆயா அம்மா. அப்போதுதான் சாப்பிட வேண்டும் என்ற நினைப்பே
வந்த்து. உடனடியாக சுசி போய் ஒரே தட்டில் அனைவருக்கும் தோசை எடுத்து
வந்தாள். பிறகு அனைவரும் மாற்றி மாற்றி ஊட்டிக்கொண்டோம்.

Nana nana nana nana nana. மறுபடியும் ஒரு அழைப்பு. “எனக்கு இன்னும்
அலுவலகம் முடியலெ பிள்ள. சாப்பாடு எடுத்து வை. நான் 10.30க்கு
வந்திருவேன்.”
“சங்கீதா லவண்யாவுக்கும் சாப்பாடு எடுத்து வை.வர நேரம் ஆகுமாம்.”
“ஏன் அவ வர லேட் ஆகுமாம்?” என்றாள் கமலி.
“தெரியல அவசர அவசரமா பேசினா”
பிறகு ஆயாமா கதவை சாத்திக்கொண்டு வெளியே சென்றதும், அனைவரும் மத்திய
அறையில் ஒன்று கூடி, அந்த வார உலகம் பற்றி பேசிக் கொண்டிருந்தோம். “ நாம
எப்படினாலும் நாளைக்கு படத்துக்கு போகமாட்டோம். சரி இன்னைக்கே
பாக்கலாம்ல. யாரும் புதுப்படம் வச்சிருக்கீங்களா?” என்றாள் மஹாலட்சுமி.

“சரி நல்ல பேய் படமா போடுங்கப்பா”, கமலி ஆரவாரம்.

அந்த பட்த்தின் பெயர் One Missed Call.

அனைத்து விளக்குகளும் அணைக்கப்பட்டன. ஒரே ஒரு மடிக்கணினி. அனைவரும் அதை
சுற்றி உட்கார்ந்து படத்தை எதிர் பார்த்து கொண்டிருந்தோம். படத்தின்
முதல் காட்சி. ஒரு அழைப்பு வருகிறது கைபேசிக்கு. யாரும் எடுக்கவில்லை.
ஆகையால் அது மிஸ்ட் கால். அந்த அழைப்பு வந்த சில நிமிடங்களில்,
கைபேசிக்கு சொந்தக்காரர் இறந்துவிடுகிறார். பிறகு அந்த கைபேசியிலிருந்து,
வேறு ஒரு கைபேசிக்கு அழைப்பு தானாகவே செல்கிறது.

இந்த காட்சி முடிந்தவுடன் எங்கள் அறையில், அந்த அறையே அவ்வளவு அமைதியாக இருந்த்து.

“Nana nana nana nana nana nana “. கமலியின் அலைபேசி அலறியது.

பயத்தில் கமலி தனது கைபேசியை தூக்கி கீழே போட்டாள். சங்கீதாவோ ஆ ஆ ஆ வென
அலற, சுசியும் நானும் அறைக்குள் ஒடி விட்டோம்.

நமது தைரிய தலைவி, மஹாலட்சுமி அந்த அலை பேசியை எடுத்தாள். “ ஏய் மஹா நான்
லாவண்யா பேசுறேன். வெளியிலே நிக்கிறேன். வந்து கதவை திறந்து விடுங்க”.

“அட எருமைகளா, லாவண்யா வந்துட்டா. கதவை திறந்து விடுங்க. பேருக்குதான்
நீங்க எல்லாம் என்னைவிட மூத்தபிள்ளைங்க”

சுசியும் சங்கியும் வெளியே சென்று கதவை திறந்தனர். கதவிற்கான சாவி
மட்டுமே எங்களிடம் இருந்தது. பாதுகாப்பு சுவரின் கதவு சாவி எங்களிடம்
இல்லை. அறை தொலை பேசியும் வேலை செய்யவில்லை.

“லவ்ஸ் வேலி சாவி எங்கிட்டே இல்லப்பிள்ள. நீ செகுரிடி வீடு வரைக்கும்
போய் வாங்கிட்டு வாயேன்”

“அந்த ஆள் கிட்டயெல்லாம் இந்த நேரத்திலே போய் பேசிகிட்டிருக்க முடியாது.
விடு நான் குதிச்சு வந்துரேன்”, என்று கூறியவுடன் கதவு ஏறி தொம்மென்று
குதித்துவிட்டாள்.

“என்ன பண்ணிகிட்டிருக்கீங்க? என்ன விட்டுட்டு படம் பாக்குறீங்களா?”

“ இப்ப தான் ஆரமிச்சிருக்கு. சாப்பிடு முதல்ல. திரும்ப முதல்ல இருந்து
பார்க்கலாம்.”

“நாளைக்கு எனக்கு ஆபீஸ் பிள்ள. என்னால படத்துக்கு வர முடியாது. உங்க
எல்லாருக்கும் லீவா?”
“யாரும் படத்துக்கு போகலெ. சங்கி மங்கைக்கும் ஆபிஸ். என் மெயிலை செக்
பண்ணினாத்தானமெனக்கு இருக்கான்னு தெரியும். உன் டேட்டா கார்டு தர்ரியா?
செக் பண்ணிட்டு சொல்றேன்.”

நானும் எனது மெயிலை பார்த்தேன். எனக்கும் நாளை அலுவலகம் உண்டு.

Furious Friday!!

Felt very energetic as the day approaches dusk.. Guys it’s time to wind up told Pradeep. "How could you even think to leave early on Friday?" there comes the commanding voice from our Big B Ram. Divya, giving a ready to deliver expression, having her quirks and twists inside my mind. Vanishing from her desk went to Mr. Patil's asking for the weekly report on turn out ratio. "Hi Divya how about Avatar? Waiting for the review from you and your friends." triggering the chattering session with Divya, preparing his documents in the mean time.

"Patil, you will have to experience it, don’t believe in any other people's perception" told Divya thereby triggering it off. "I couldn’t get the document on turn out ratio; I suppose I have left it in cafeteria". Divya giving a whacking view on Patil’s Head. Both went to the Cafeteria, which is five floors away from theirs.

Heading towards the fourth floor, Patil has asked Divya for her Swipe card. Divya vaguely gazed upon Patil. He gestured that he haven taken it here. Again with his futility, he went down to get his. Time approaching 6 PM, people are gearing up for the employee engagement event about to get organized in the cafeteria. Finally got his card, after his jabbers.

Reaching the Cafeteria with his card, Divya was irate. Its 6 PM, Divya dragged the document from Patil, routing to Ram’s Cabin. As Divya entered, Ram yelled at her “Are you alive?” Divya couldn’t comprehend the situation. “I went to get the Turn out ratio docs Sir” conveyed Divya in her tender voice. “Divya that is an old one, Haven Patil informed you that I have seen that file in cafeteria itself” discerned her Ram.”I am sorry Sir”.

Divya couldn’t control the fury on Patil. Imagining about giving a knock on his bald. She doesn’t have the concentration on Ram. He being Using all the dash words in the mean time.. Visualizing her friends amusing in beach. Everything went in vain…

Where is the Employee Engagement file?..... Question goes unanswered.

“Patil has that and he is in cafeteria.. Shall I ask him to bring and leave” demanded divya. “Sure you ask him to meet me and you can leave".. Lets join Divya after her weekend..

Spongy fuming clouds disturbing Preethi's Pinna which is been busy in its work, catching those beautiful words from Syed,pulling his blanket "Why can't be all those days in a week be Sunday?". Preethi: hmmm.. its your turn to get me a bed coffee today!! She do not want to get released from the warmth of his armpit either he do not want to loose it. ting! ting! Coming!! Preethi went off to open the door.. Its a ticket delivery boy handing over her tickets for a movie for a noon show , which has been done secretly to amuse her by him. As a fountain of energy, he stands behind her with a cup of coffee, which she demanded earlier.Preethi excited as he expected.(this deserves a hug) "Millions and millions of years would still not give me half enough time to describe this tiny instant of all eternity when you put your arms around me and I put my arms around you", these were in her thoughts, But in her words,"Syed! Do you think me as a child, moving to Alice in wonderland @ 25" Syed annoyed.. Worrying what todo with the tickets!?!?!
